Matt joined Lockstep Ventures in 2022 as an Investment Principal. He is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and transaction execution of new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Lockstep, Matt worked on the Private Equity team at Neuberger Berman, a global asset manager with +$460 billion of AUM. As a private equity investor, Matt evaluated co-investments and fund-of-fund investments and executed +$1.5 billion of transactions globally.
